This policy explains how North America Prefab Solutions (NAPS) collects, uses and protects personal information through this website. It applies to this website only.

When you send an enquiry through a website form, we collect the information you enter:

• your name, company, email address and message
• any optional details you add, such as your phone number, your role, and your project’s type, location, stage and schedule
• on the Contact page, the service you are interested in
• your confirmation that you understand how NAPS will use this information

We also record the date and time you send an enquiry and which form you used. Each enquiry is saved in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. An internal email alert about your enquiry is sent to NAPS at info@napsprefab.com. CiCon Marketing manages this website and the CRM system for NAPS and can access enquiry information to provide these services.

Please do not send confidential files or sensitive personal information through the form.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.

If you use the light or dark display control, your browser saves that choice on your device. It is not sent to us.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives information such as the pages you view, the email, phone and map links you use, your device and browser type, your approximate location and whether you completed an enquiry. It does not receive your name, contact details or the content of your enquiry, and we remove personal details from page addresses before they are shared. Your choice to accept or reject is saved in your browser.

We use this information:

• to review, record and respond to your enquiry
• to deliver the website and keep it secure, including checks that limit spam and repeated form submissions
• to remember your display choice on your device
• to understand how the website is used and whether enquiries are completed, only if you accept analytics cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. It uses analytics cookies only if you accept them. After you send an enquiry, the website sets one short-lived cookie. It expires after 15 minutes, shows that your enquiry was submitted and contains no personal information.

We use outside service providers to run this website. They process information on our behalf to provide these services:

• website hosting and security
• content management and image delivery
• a customer relationship management (CRM) system that stores website enquiries and sends internal enquiry alerts
• our marketing agency, CiCon Marketing, which manages this website and the CRM system for NAPS and can access enquiry information to provide these services
• the interactive map on the Contact page, provided by Google Maps. It loads only if you choose to open it. Google then receives your IP address and browser information and applies its own privacy policy.
• website analytics (Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager), only if you accept analytics cookies

Some of these providers process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information processed there may be subject to the laws of that country.

The website itself does not store enquiries. Each enquiry is kept in our CRM system with your contact details. NAPS keeps enquiry information only as long as it needs it to respond to you and to keep its business records. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs for a limited time.

The website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and the enquiry form has checks against spam and misuse. No website or email system is free of all risk, so please send only the information we need to respond.

• You do not have to use the website forms. You can contact NAPS by phone or email instead.
• The interactive map loads only if you choose to open it.
• You can clear your display choice at any time in your browser settings.
• You can accept or reject analytics cookies, and change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.

You can ask to see the personal information NAPS holds about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal limits. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will respond within the time required by law.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this policy when the website or our practices change. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date.
